Store Return and Exchange Policy

At Barrett's, we consider your satisfaction as top priority. All of our merchandise is crafted with a hallmark of excellence. If, however, you are not completely delighted with the product, we welcome you to return it, in its original condition, within seven (7) days of purchase with its receipt for a full refund (or a one time exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase with its receipt for an item of the same or higher value). All exchanges are considered as Final Sale.

Custom work, special orders, purchases with trade in, altered or damaged merchandise and merchandise picked up from layaway are non-refundable.

All of our fine jewelry carries a one year warrantee against any manufacturer's defects (excluding abuse).

When can I expect my order?

We are always working our hardest to ensure that your online purchases reaches you in a quick and convenient manner. However, delivery constraints require us to enforce a time constraint on our online orders. During our normal days of operation, if you place an order for an in-stock product before 5:00 PM PST, we will process and package your item to be ready in the shipping company’s hands the morning of the following day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be processed and packaged the next business day for the shipment company the day after. Orders placed during non business day should expect processing the following business day.

If your purchase is a special order, not in stock, or requires us to order it elsewhere for any reason, you should expect a slight delay. We will contact you as soon as posible in that situation.

Product Availability

If a product is displayed on our site, the item is considered in stock. We keep our site updated on a regular basis and take down products that we no longer have available as soon as possible. However, understand that there is the possibility that, due to overlapping purchases between our store and our online store, a product can remain on our site even if we do not have it on hand. You are welcome to contact us via email or telephone to double check with us if we do in fact still have your desired product.

If in the unfortunate circumstance you make a purchase for an item we no longer have available, we will not make any charges to your card. If you paid by Paypal, we will refund you the full amount given to us. We will also contact you as soon as possible about the unavailability of the product. In many cases, if the product is still available on the manufacturer's end, we will be able to special order that item for you to purchase within a reasonable time (normally within a week to ten days).
